By creating an account or using the iAdopt platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You may not transfer your account to another person without our prior written consent.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the platform.

4. Content & Data

You retain ownership of the documents and data you upload. By using the platform, you grant iAdopt a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iAdopt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and notify you via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
